Hey guys I started training for this in November last year, and started with a personal trainer in January.

Unfortunately Alex my PT has been out of the country for a few months with work and I have had a few issues (Nerve damage to my hand from a accident at work.) Then I had an internal haemorrhoids operation - which wasn't pretty!

oh well when you fall of the horse you got to get back on.

however I have had a few set backs, but this has made me even more determined to get back on track with my strength and conditioning training and lots of cardio work.

Last week I restarted my health and fitness regime and I have decided to post before and after pictures to encourage me to stay on track.
